It was great to be involved in the Shotover Moonlight Marathon again this year after filming the inaugural event back in 2012. I recently bought a Mavic Air for those jobs where budget doesn't permit getting in a dedicated drone operator and it has proved invaluable. It simply wouldn't be possible to do justice to some clients without being able to provide this as part of the service I offer. With a week or do getting to grips with it, this was the perfect opportunity to use it and get some truly epic shots.
