With the New Zealand / Australia travel bubble being announced earlier this month, the team at Bungy thought it would be the perfect opportunity to put out a piece of cheeky content.
They approached me with the concept of 'Getting back with the Ex' and the idea that it would be a FaceTime call between the two countries. David Oakley, known for his creative story telling, was brought in to write a script and direct the project. The creative he came up with was fantastic and the actors he sourced were able to deliver with a great performance.
With such a quick turn-around required we went from concept to delivery, including screen testing actors and location sourcing, production and post production in just 7 days. We shot on the Canon C300MK3 in RAW with the Canon 16-35mm 2.8 using face tracking and lit the production in both locations using Aperture lights.
