Last weekend Make Life Skate Life held a fund raiser in New York City in conjunction with the Skateroom and three artists. The goal was to raise enough money to successfully run outreach programmes and skate classes for one year at the site of our latest project in Hawary Shar Park, Sulaymaniyah, in the Kurdish region of Iraq. I put together the video below as an abridged version of the MLSL story so that perspective donors had a good idea about our organisation.
