It's been a long time, (6 years!) since I was last in one of the 4 Deserts filming for Born to Run. Last week however, one of the race directors, Sam Fanshawe got in touch as she was heading to New Zealand to scout locations for their race here next year. Together with Adrian Bailey from Active QT we headed to locations in and around the Queenstown and Wanaka region scouting potential locations; my job was to shoot some aerial scenics for a teaser video.
